Polo Lounge At The Westbury Manor

Beautiful staff is extremely Accommodating the service is white glove the food is delicious well prepared tasty lots of food is served maybe a bit too much food I felt overwhelmed I do have to say it's one of the best venues I have ever been to in NY. Everyone from the management to every staff member there fabulous attentive respectful just lovely the garden is beautiful I would recommend Westbury manor to everyone hope to be back again.

Where to start… Exactly what I was looking for, for a quaint and classy date night. The drinks were on-point. Service was excellent. But the most stand-out part of the Polo Lounge was the main course. I had the Pollo Mario and oh. my. god. I’ve never had a chicken dish such as this before. Absolutely incredible. Flavors were on point, and the mashed potatoes…. to DIE FOR!

Beautiful venue with a great outdoor area and nice inside as well. But they packed us all into one spot where we probably shouldn't have fit. I was packed into the corner of the table with my back on the wall. Their bartenders were late to the reception and could barely make a two ingredient drink. Pretty disappointing from a well known place.

If you’re looking for a romantic night out this is the place! The atmosphere, live music, and food are unbeatable. We split the baked clams and crab cake to start, I had the gnocchi and my husband had the 14oz strip steak. Frank (the Maitre D) and Mike behind the bar were a treat! Phil and my bridal attendant, Kelly, were the most helpful, kind, and easy-going people. They helped to make our day run smoothly and they were so amazing throughout the day. My family spoke very highly of the staff at Westbury Manor as well. Thank you for everything!

My daughter had her wedding there and it was spectular! Not one complaint. The food was amazing the venue was beautiful and the staff was so attentive, kind and polite, and meticulous about every little detail.A big shout out to PHIL…he is the best!

Westbury Manor made our special day pure magic! Shout out to Phil Claudia who were the absolute best! We toyed around with having a day of planner but with Phil Claudia, we did not need that at all! Thank you for making our day beautiful!
