We visited Polonza's for brunch for the first time and were truly impressed by both the exceptional service and the fresh flavors of the food and drinks. We started with the Fried Green Tomatoes, which paired beautifully with fresh greens and an irresistible chipotle sauce. We also tried the Big Jerk Soda mimosas—mine was blueberry and his was cherry—and they were fantastic. We were really happy we decided to come here for lunch. There was a wait, but they text you when your table is ready so you can wander away if you like. We ran through the market on Palafox to burn time. I ordered the Polonza burger medium and it was cooked perfectly. Nice char from the grill with sizable serving of pimento cheese. The cheese that oozed out the burger was great with the fries. Best burger I?ve had in awhile. Wife ordered the brisket biscuit benedict and was very happy with brisket, large slices of brisket that were juicy and not fatty. BBQ sauce was tangy and not too sweet. The food, service, and menu options were all completely average. It's a bit of a stretch to refer to this place as a bistro; it feels more like a fancy sandwich shop or café during lunchtime, with a bit of breakfast and a creatively named but mediocre brunch menu. I ordered a Reuben sandwich, which was dry and stale. However, the iced tea was satisfying. I probably wouldn't come back unless I happened to be downtown and didn't want to go through the trouble of driving elsewhere.

I had a dinner reservation with them for over a month. Before going tonight, I checked their website to look at the menu and found out they were closed for dinner due to staffing issues. I even received a text asking me to confirm my reservation yesterday. I wish I had received a cancellation notice earlier instead of a misleading confirmation the day before. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food presentation is impressive, but unfortunately, it was lacking in flavor. The chicken was rather bland, and several items on the menu were not available. On a positive note, the mimosas and coffee were outstanding. My date particularly enjoyed the honey vanilla latte and gave it a five-star rating. The service, too, was friendly and welcoming.

One of the best casual restaurants I have ever dined at. Menu is very unique. Chef accommodates each diners food palate and dietary restrictions. Servers are attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. Great for families with kids. Food 5?? Service 2?? Location ?

The brunch was delicious! We had to wait 45 minutes for two people but made it worth while at the bar ??? I think they're short staffed since it really wasn't that busy. Overall ther service was great! Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere ?

I rated the food four stars because the grilled mushrooms were overcooked and slightly burned on the edges. However, the Brunswick Stew is an incredible find! The oat milk cappuccino is the best I've had in years. I really love this place! Reserva una mesa ahora

Food looks great, but not very tasteful. Chicken was bland there were some things they were? Great for Mimosas coffee. My date gives 5 stars for the Honey Vanilla Latte. Service was pleasant.

The waitress was brilliant, but the soup was too salty and green tomatoes was over bread. The Hamburger was perfect. Other than this beautiful place will be breakfast next time.
