POM - Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino

This was a birthday dinner, although Pom is one of our favorite dining establishments close to home, good food and overall friendly efficient service. We frequent often (even through COVID although Open Table was not operating for this restaurant during such time). Unfortunately this evening was not a good experience. The waiter was inattentive, did not check to see if our meals were ok. Unfortunately my mom ordered the Kobe chopped steak (medium). The steak was so overdone, the mashed potatoes were cold. After a day on the road, this resort/casino is a good way to wrap it up. The hotel: This hotel seemed fairly new upon walking in.

We go often to the casino in date night and POM never disappoints. The food and service is always exceptional
