Organisation A 2 balles, vous entrez par la sortie (la caisse), on cherche les sandwiches, rien à midi, il faudra comprendre qu ils sont préparés à la commande. Je commande celui au foie gras et on me ramène une demi baguette à l intérieur se trouve 3rondelles de foie gras bas de gamme sans aucune autre garniture... Bref un gros foutage de tronche, avec une boisson et un dessert bas de gamme pour 11€. Ils ne sont pas prêts de me revoir. A fuir ou à éviter si vous hésitiez

un acceuil très mauvais avec un patron qui sert à pas grand chose...un service correct mais peu mieux faire..par contre la cuisine sachant que c'est une chaîne je ne comprends pas pourquoi c'est toujours mauvais dans ce restaurant... sandwich trop sec avec une viande sans saveur et un dessert pas bon même un cookie c'est mal fait...et la propreté du restaurant laisse à désirer ... bref ...
Habituée de ce concept idéal pour un déjeuner rapide, je note depuis quelques temps une baisse de qualité. Quand la patronne n'est pas présente, les sandwichs sont faits à la va-vite, le service est à l'identique : salade cuite et avocat noir se retrouvent servis sans contrôle sans compter des erreurs pratiquement systématiques dans le total et toujours en défaveur du client. a very bad greeting with a boss who serves not much... a correct service but little better.. on the contrary the kitchen knowing that it is a chain I don't understand why it's always bad in this restaurant... sandwich too dry with a meat without flavor and a dessert not good even a cookie it's badly done... and the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves to be desired ...
I've been living with this ideal concept for a quick lunch, but I've seen a drop in quality for some time. When the boss is not present, the sandwiches are made to the va-vite, the service is identical: cooked salad and black lawyer are served without control, not to mention the almost systematic mistakes in the total and always in the customer's failing. Too bad.
Two cranberries thrown into the bag. The minced meat barely cooked in the bottom of the bag. The sandwich assembled quickly. Salad sachet open to haste at the top of the counter. 11€ for that. Very disappointing. The cashier does not know the formulas or the recipes. The girl in the kitchen explains the recipes by far. Pitoyable at this price To avoid.
