the terrace is very welcoming and excellent for people watching! seasonal offers based on the menu based on austerity and strawberries that made an excellent lunch. I was looking for a restaurant that sold currywurst, which doesn't seem as easy as it was a few years ago and here revisited to have eaten here in the past. I was not disappointed and washed out with a big white (female) beer. that. saw as the only typical German plate on the menu with the majority burger to be. it also doubles as caffe. the service was a little slow, but maybe because of a group table order.
We were at the Pomp for breakfast. It was sunny and warm enough to sit outside. In addition to the round tables there are long benches. You can sit beautifully in the shadow. The service was very nice, regularly asked. There are oat milk as an option for coffee. Minus points at dinner I have forgiven because there is no good vegan breakfast option.
this restaurant was a solid favorite of our daughter when she lived in mainz, so we just wanted to try it out. we were not disappointed, the host are excellent and service is assured with friendly employees. also the wine is inexpensive. Very good.

What attracted us to POMP was its lovely outdoor seating, with a view of the fountain and square. The menu is in German and English, and we had a fine dinner at a reasonable price.
probably one of my favorite places in the world. the triple cheese and the speck roasted sandwich is to die. How good is the diving sauce? it's great.
Good food, good service, nice surroundings. The only downside was I felt like my omelette was tasting of iron from the metal pan it was served in.
pommes ubd kartoffelwedges lukewarm and lazy. vegie ziegenkäseburger with quite normal crimp remoulade and nixht dried tomato pest.
