Disappointing. First and last time trying Pompeii Pizza in Clark, NJ. The pizzas were cold even though I wasn?t late or too early picking them up. The crust was somehow chewy despite being extremely thin (which was not requested). It tasted bland and definitely didn?t taste at all fresh. I don?t like posting negative reviews, but, I think people should know what they?re in for, if they dare to research beforehand. Sadly, I hope that the owners of this business can appreciate the constructive criticism and start taking some pride in their business...The pizza was edible, at best, but only just barely.
Walked in a little after 8pm, the place was empty, at first you get the impression that its just another pizza spot to grab something go, but its actually quite good! Had a pie with half sausage onions it was spot on! Baked just right , quality ingredients, the taste was consistent in every bite, not to saucy nor greasy, cheese was the good stuff, sauce had just the right amount of sweetness tang, masterfully distributed throughout without making it overbearing or messy.Clean atmosphere, very courteous service pricing was cheaper than expected, definitely would revisit this establishment.
Your pizza is delicious! The thin crust and taste is fantastic. Your cheeses are DELICIOUS! I had cheese steaks from Philly and everywhere, and not a fan of them, but the baguette they use at Pompeii is so delicious! The filling and condiments are also the right mixture, so that one does not overpower the other. Pompeii is a hidden gem.
This is the best pizzeria in Clark! The crust is wonderfully crispy, and the pizza is always fresh. It's just right—not too much dough, and you won't find yourself battling with your friends over the cheese. Thank you for the amazing pizza!

Food was AWESOME, I had the alfredo (i think the sauce was home made very creamy and good tasting) the sub was huge and well stuffed with meat. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

Pretty good thin-crust pizza. Not the best, but it?s pretty good. The staff was also really helpful. I?d totally recommend this pizza place overall.
The pizza I ordered was delicious, but the crust was quite thin. If you’re a fan of thin crust pizza, you'll love this place, but it wasn’t for me.

I absolutely love Pompeii! Everything is excellent, especially the chicken parmigiana dinner – it's my favorite!
