I had a disappointing experience when I contacted the restaurant. Initially, I was treated rudely over the phone, and when they called me back, they only wanted to argue about my perspective on the treatment I received. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to try the food, which I hear is excellent. I would rate their phone customer service zero stars. It's a shame, as I wish I could share my thoughts on the food as well.
The service is very prompt the food is outstanding I recommend the steak and I definitely recommend trying a few drinks while you're here I would've given it more stars but the waitress we encountered was smug and short, When dealing with us
The restaurant is extremely clean, the service is outstanding, and the food is simply amazing—I could eat there every Friday night! However, the prices are a bit on the high side. My family absolutely loves their hoagie sandwiches.

The food is excellent! Ponderosa is a cozy, local restaurant that truly captures that neighborhood feel. The service is good, and the menu offers a nice variety of options.
The place looked extremely dirty inside and inside and in the banquet room I found a dead cockroach on the floor by the bathroom. I will definitely not be going back.
