Upon entering this space I was immediately amazing at how the environment felt. However that was quickly turned around by the lack of communication and service received. We had paid for a session (1 hour) and was not told that they closed at 12pm and re-opened at 1pm. In the middle of our session they employees started to clean up and then once 12pm hit we were told we are closing you have to leave. Very confused we asked but we paid for an hour and we 're never told you close at 12p. Having never been here before we had no idea. The employees response was well you can come back at 1 and make up the time or you can forfeit it. I mean are those even options? Anyone with children knows that is...
This place is absolutely adorable and I have been there multiple times being that my daughter enjoys it so much. However, they do not allow you to feed you child outside food in the cafe area although they don’t offer anything other than only a handful of snack options. This was a real let down because the last time I was there it was nearing lunch time and they would not allow me to feed my daughter food that I packed from home. I’m hoping it’s something that will eventually change because it’s a huge inconvenience.I can totally understand (and agree with) not wanting children to eat in the play area but being that there is a designated area for food and drinks, I feel that parents should b...
This is a fantastic spot to pass the time. One major advantage is their drop-off service for errands, which is incredibly convenient. They also have a café in the back for parents, similar to Tig Peach or Honey Joes, but I found their hours more flexible and there are plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. Everything operates digitally, which is a definite bonus. I recommend planning ahead and reserving a time slot, as that works best. The staff is professional and friendly. They've even got a Nest chair in the bathroom for toddlers and little ones, so adults don’t have to worry about them wandering off while using the restroom. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday here. I couldn't have asked for more when I think back on our experience. I was a Momzilla, but Yuki really calmed me down. I was worried that I wouldn't have enough time to prepare the space for our guests. She reassured me that staff would be on site to support. The staff did not disappoint! They went above and beyond to make this day everything we had imagined. Thank You!

We hosted my son's 3rd birthday party here, and everything was just perfect. Yuko and her team were incredibly helpful, even keeping the café open later so the parents could enjoy themselves. The space was clean and well-organized, and they took care of everything for us. I highly recommend this place for a birthday party!
We recently celebrated our son's birthday at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! From our initial interactions, their patience and organization on the day of the party made everything seamless. The venue was clean, and all the kids had a wonderful time! We will definitely return!
My toddler Thomas and I love coming here; he is always asking me to go to the play cafe ! Clean, nice people, chill place to hang out and watch your little one play with new stuff! I like the cafe too.
Went to a birthday party here, great spot for toddlers young kids. Open room with lots of play options, and love that parents can grab a specialty coffee in the cafe while kids play.

Great, clean, safe and fun space for children. Yuko and her staff are very friendly and helpful. My 7 year old son had a blast and we are looking forward to returning!
