BEWARE of this Popeyes location! I visit this spot mainly because my friend lives nearby and drives, and it has a drive-thru. However, out of my last five orders, I’ve been shortchanged three times at this 217th Street and Hillside Avenue location in Queens Village. The first two incidents occurred at the drive-thru, and during the third, I went inside to observe the employees when it was less busy. When it's not busy, there's no excuse for errors, and it feels like they’re intentionally cheating customers. I've received hard, meatless wings mixed into my large order, got legs and thighs instead of breasts and wings, and been given a cup of mashed potatoes and gravy that was less than half f...
Today, I visited Popeyes to order two servings of their two-piece chicken with mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the woman at the cash register was unprofessional and quite rude, displaying a sarcastic attitude. When our food was ready, we asked for one barbecue sauce and one sweet heat sauce, and instead of a helpful response, she gave us attitude, stating that the sauces don't come with the chicken and that we would have to pay for them. Since when does sauce not come with chicken? I don't understand that at all. The customer service here is lacking; they really need to hire people who bring a positive attitude rather than those who seem unhappy in their jobs.
This is so horrific. I went to the drive thru around 7pm. I used my debit card to pay for my meal . At 9pm I got a text message from my bank to say my card was declined because the pin wasn?t entered . I called my bank to find out what was going on and wastold that my card was used to placed and order for $30 off of tick tock .someone stole my card information from this Popeyes andtried to used it for their own person gain . This is so horrible. I am in shock. How can these people try to steal someone hardearn money. I called the store tried to get in contact with a manager and no one answers the phone . Please people do not useyour card at this location.
Horrible horrible horrible. If you want to order for delivery, Uber eats, postmarked, doordash etc. DO NOT ORDER. I order my food because I didn?t have the time to pick it up. And they gave my Uber driver the wrong order without double checking thename. Now I wasted $22 and if that was the case I would?ve never ordered or just picked it up at a later time.

I highly recommend anything that comes with blackened ranch or sweet heat sauce. Their chicken is fantastic, and the sides are also delicious. However, I have to say that the new mayo sandwich is not good at all—I'd advise against ordering it.
I always enjoy fresh food from this place, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The manager and staff are really friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience.
The restaurant is always tidy and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the service is consistently fast.
I placed a mobile order and received very prompt service. Everything was accurate and the food was delicious!

The restaurant didn't open at 1 AM as they stated. I wasn't able to place my order.
The food was cold, and there were hardly any fries. I'm very disappointed.
