I've been having problems with this location for a while now, but I kept trying to give them another chance. However, yesterday was the final straw. When I was at the drive-thru, the young lady informed me of the following: 1. they were low on chicken, 2. they were out of soda, and 3. I needed exact change or had to use a debit or credit card. I came specifically for the 5-piece special but was told they only had thighs and breasts available. I said that was fine and requested the spicy option, only to be told they didn't have that either. I asked why they were even open under these conditions! That was enough for me, so I politely declined and drove away. It’s clear that this store needs be...
My experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was very disappointing. The area in front of the chicken shelves was dirty, and the cashier told me the register wasn’t working. The chicken tasted like it had been fried in old oil, and there was inappropriate music playing in the kitchen. The “family” meal only came with one piece of chicken and one side, which felt very insufficient. I was not impressed at all. The prices were way too high! I don't understand why the younger staff don’t seem to take their jobs seriously. I often speak with the general manager because the restaurant’s condition is unacceptable. In the end, I just went home and made a sandwich instead!
Terrible establishment... Says open till 10 but when I arrive at 830 they are already closed... Never have any sides always 30 45 minute wait for chicken when they have chicken .. tried 3 times this month and same result everytime .. I don't know how this place is still open .. I won't be going back to this location... O and drive thru is always broken u have to order at the window ... Which created long lines and warm food
The chicken was dry, and the fries were also overcooked, so I politely returned them. The red beans and rice had an odd texture, with kernels in them—what's going on here? They really need to improve their staff, both at the counter and in the kitchen. I'm extremely dissatisfied; we had already left after waiting for my fries. We just spent $43, and I'm going to call the corporate office for a refund.

I live less than 2 miles from this location and would rather start driving further for better service. There is hardly ever any chicken when u want it. I spent $42 and all I got was drums and thighs. No chicken sandwich that I needed or the sides that Iasked for. I fell asleep waiting for my food.. I pulled out of line for this. I'm tired of driving out of my way to eat. Has toohigh
The Chicken is Dry an they gave me some dry fries which I politely gave back to them. Red beans an rice I’m tasting kernels like what is really going on here. They need better People at the window an better people cooking I’m sooo Dissatisfied we have already pulled off from waiting on my fries . We just spent $43 bucks I’m calling Corporate Office I want my money back
Went through the drive-thru it did not work so I had to go in which was very inconvenient and the establishment was very unsanitary dust and dirt everywhere like the place hadn't been clean in months to top it off the drink machine didn't even work is this how yall treat yall customers and employees I would have took pictures yall need to send out an inspector.
the restaurant and eating was a scandal. the building is so nasty and unlived in the inner, they had no hurdle or half the food they should. there was a waiting time to get her to eat and it was terrible. huh was extra hard, dried and old, but fresh from the fat, the pommes were nothing else than oil! would never go back or recommend!

Went through drive thru and it took the girl over 5 minutes to actually take my order. The order came quick. Got the 5 piece special and small Cajun rice. The chicken was good, however that Cajun rice was ridiculous, it was VERY dry and the rice was hard from being under cooked, I had to throw it out, truly a waste of my money.
