I've been having problems with this location for a while now, but I kept trying to give them another chance. However, yesterday was the final straw. When I was at the drive-thru, the young lady informed me of the following: 1. they were low on chicken, 2. they were out of soda, and 3. I needed exact change or had to use a debit or credit card. I came specifically for the 5-piece special but was told they only had thighs and breasts available. I said that was fine and requested the spicy option, only to be told they didn't have that either. I asked why they were even open under these conditions! That was enough for me, so I politely declined and drove away. It’s clear that this store needs be...
I've had some problems with this Popeyes location before, but I usually give them another chance. Yesterday, though, was the last straw. First of all, the restaurant was overrun with flies! The ledge in front of the chicken racks was dirty. The cashier said the receipt machine wasn’t working. The chicken looked like it was fried in old grease. Loud explicit music was blasting in the kitchen. A "family" meal only included chicken and one side, with no dry biscuits! Overall, it was a complete disappointment. Do younger people not want to work anymore? I just don’t understand. Does the general manager even check on this place regularly? The inside of the restaurant was in terrible condition. Needless to say, I went home and made a sandwich instead!
The experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was very disappointing. The restaurant was dirty and unsanitary, and many menu items along with condiments were unavailable. Our food took far too long to arrive, and when it did, it was unpleasant. The chicken was tough, dry, and tasted stale despite being freshly fried. The fries were excessively greasy. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning.

The chicken was dry, and the fries were also overcooked, so I politely returned them. The red beans and rice had an odd texture, with kernels in them—what's going on here? They really need to improve their staff, both at the counter and in the kitchen. I'm extremely dissatisfied; we had already left after waiting for my fries. We just spent $43, and I'm going to call the corporate office for a refund.
I live less than 2 miles from this location and would rather start driving further for better service. There is hardly ever any chicken when u want it. I spent $42 and all I got was drums and thighs. No chicken sandwich that I needed or the sides that Iasked for. I fell asleep waiting for my food.. I pulled out of line for this. I'm tired of driving out of my way to eat. Has toohigh
The restaurant and the food were disappointing. The building was dirty and uncomfortable inside, with a limited selection of spices and menu items. There was a long wait for the food, which turned out to be of poor quality. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and old, and the fries were greasy. I would not return or recommend this restaurant.
Went through drive thru and it took the girl over 5 minutes to actually take my order. The order came quick. Got the 5 piece special and small Cajun rice. The chicken was good, however that Cajun rice was ridiculous, it was VERY dry and the rice was hard from being under cooked, I had to throw it out, truly a waste of my money.

Awful service. Terrible location. Horrible experience. When going through drive thru I was told to wake s minute... almost 20 minutes later I was told what they didn't have honestly she should of said what they did have and only taking exact change no cards. This location needs to be shut down ASAP.
