No matter how many times you report the problems, they never fix them. They always send the wrong order, forget items, and give the wrong drink. It is time for the city of Los Angeles and corporate headquarters to address these issues with this franchise. Additionally, they do not honor coupons.

Everything was great! We ordered the 16 piece chicken, half spicy and half regular, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We really enjoyed our meal.
