I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen around 8 PM and ordered the "2 Can Dine for $10" meal for my family. When we got home and started eating, we discovered the chicken was undercooked with blood still visible. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who dismissed my concerns, saying they were about to close and to return when another manager was available to discuss the issue. In my opinion, both the food quality and customer service were unacceptable. This location should be held responsible, and I will no longer be spending money here. I also wouldn’t recommend anyone else visit this branch to avoid a similar experience.
I visited the location on Store Street on April 17th and had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Raisa. When I asked her for a napkin, fork, and ketchup, she seemed very dismissive and even threw things to the back while giving me a crazy look. I mentioned that I would report her, and she replied that she didn’t care. It’s disappointing to see such a negative attitude from an employee. I left feeling very unhappy.

Instead of helping me, she threw the forks into the back and glared at me. I mentioned that I would report her, and she responded that she didn't care. This employee's behavior is unacceptable, and I'm quite disappointed with my experience at this location.
The service at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen could use some improvement. There was only one employee handling two registers, which caused my order to be incorrect. I asked for two legs and one thigh, but received three thighs instead. I could only eat one thigh, and the others went to waste. Aside from that, everything else was fine, but when spending $25 to $30, I expect my order to be accurate.

I'm a big fan of Popeye's and wouldn't change it for anything! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are great.
The main problem is that they frequently ask for money and constantly bother the customers. It feels like they're always around.
Food is great! Service is good and get food real quick. Just wish with the combos you can get something else besides soda.
They first offered another sandwich ?I said no then they gave us a refund but no apologies
