The manager at this restaurant has a very rude demeanor. When I requested two combo meals, she responded with a lot of attitude. If she doesn't enjoy her job, perhaps she should consider finding a different one. There's no justification for being rude to customers, and this isn't the first time I've seen her behave this way—it's become a consistent pattern.
I’m a huge fan of Popeyes, but my experience at this location was really disappointing. Initially, the chicken was lacking its signature crispiness, so we sent it back for a fresh batch. Unfortunately, the new chicken was undercooked and tough, despite looking fine on the outside. I was really let down and would recommend that others avoid this restaurant.
It was a dismal rainy evening. I walked into my frequented pickup and I found a completely different staff's behavior than normal. Unenthusiastic coolness awaits my order. Fortunately the regular food quality and quantity did turn out to be up to the regular standard. Yet I left with a sour tone of unhappiness!
I’m so bless to get a excellent service from this branch. The manager Deepak is doing great over here. We definitely need this attitude and also this kind of service. I hope he get raise or any kind of promotion. So there you go thumps up Reserva una mesa ahora
Spoiled chicken was served to me! And the manager refused to refund me. I don't want to eat from there anymore so why offer fresh new chicken. I will 100% report this location to BBB.
Ordered 2 orders of popcorn shrimp and it significantly less than what I used to get from the other location by sheppard bayview. It seems like I only got one order and paid for 2.
Food is so sogy and oily. Chicken is full of oil, and they don't dry properly. The only care about money but not customer
