My first visit to this Popeye's. Great location which is easily accessable. Staff was friendly and courteous and food was good...had the Cajun flounder fish sandwich meal with fries. It's real flounder by the way!In spite of the restaurant being mostly empty 4 people ALL the tables and booths were dirty, the napkin holders empty, and floors had food particles that needed sweeping. No one was cleaning and restocking during their down time. If this location could take care of improving their cleaning and restocking habits they would definitely get a better rating from me.
This place is extremely slow. I have been there twice and both times it took over 20 minutes to get food that had been pre-ordered for pickup. The last time I finally got my food and then a homeless person's car looked like it had been abandoned right next to my car. I was so scared. Please know that pickup orders need to be ready to pick up on time. I was totally ignored by staff. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't get a refund via the app.
Ordered a spicy sandwich and a tender box. And when my girlfriend got home. Sat down and got ready to eat. When we took the first bite both of us just spat out the food with disgusted face on us. All our food was raw. We called and they gave us the hardest time to correct there mistake. So we drove back and hand to get it settled. So we had to waste gas and time to something that could of been avoided.
I've removed KFC and Church's from my list of go-to fast food chicken places. Popeyes is definitely superior in terms of flavor and side dishes. Their app offers great deals. Although the service can be a bit slow, the staff is friendly and likely just short-staffed. If you're looking for quicker service, opt for the tenders, as they are usually ready and very fresh.

I removed KFC and Church's Chicken from my list of go-to fast food chicken places. Popeyes is much better in terms of taste and side options. The app has great deals. The service is a bit slow, but the staff is friendly, likely understaffed. If you're looking for quicker service, I recommend sticking with the offers on the app. The food seems ready and very fresh.
One of my chicken tenders was not fully cooked, the chicken was rubbery/raw in the middle. I took one bite of it and then ended up with food poisoning later that day (2 weeks after getting a c section and also taking care of my newborn). Never again.
I ordered an 8-piece meal with just a bun from Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and paid over $23. The chicken was dry and disappointing. I expected top-quality chicken from Popeyes, especially given their menu offerings.
I always go there when I'm craving a chicken sandwich which is about once a month cant say much about their chicken except it taste like church's to me but I like the sandwich

I was asked to wait 5 minutes for my order, but after waiting over that time, my order ended up getting given to another vehicle. I ended up waiting for more than 15 minutes.
Food was good but this place is not fast and don't ask for plates or napkins it will take 10 more minutes.
