The employees were awesome. They let us use more than one coupon and treated us well by letting us order more than one meal with the coupons. However they did mess up our order with with white meat chicken and spicy chicken we don't and can't eat. Then theydon't answer their phone so you can't call to complain. So we gave the chicken we couldn't eat to a neighbor instead of throwingit out. When we went back the next day the manager was reluctant to correct our order. She would only replace part of thechicken. Good thing I took a picture of the spicy chicken and the breasts and wings. She told me she wanted to see the chicken.I had explained that I had given it away to avoid throwing it away...
When we returned the next day, the manager was hesitant to fix our order and only offered to replace part of the chicken. Fortunately, I had taken a picture of the spicy chicken, breasts, and wings to show her. I explained that I had given it away to avoid waste and mentioned that they didn't answer their phone the previous night. It's worth noting that this location is about fifteen miles from our home, and most restaurants wouldn't expect you to bring food back the next day, which could be unpleasant.

RAW CHICKEN WARNING After waiting 20 minutes this is what you get for $12 at this Popeyes. There was immense confusion, arguing and cussing behind the window while waiting for our orders. Meanwhile the manager stood inside zipping up her pants and not washing her hands. (She didn?t touch our food). Another girl had her cell phone in her hand the whole time. And this is what we got. Small pieces of chicken that was 60% batter. Most importantly, undercooked. Chicken should not be pink in the middle. The popcorn shrimp was essentially batter balls as well. Worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to, I went last week and they totally got my order wrong I paid 13$ for a 4 piece white meal, got home I got 2 flat boneless breast called a got a free meal ok?. Went again tonight giving them a second go round paid 15$ For just 5 wings ok get home every single piece of chicken was burnt couldn?t even taste the Cajun seasoning, called the phone no one answers multiple times? this place needs to be shut down just horrible customer service at night. Someone from corporate needs to really check in on this store and do their job.

This Popeyes has went downhill fast! Chicken is overcooked. Staff is not friendly. Lines are backed up and the order is never right!!!
