I have never been so disrespected in a fast food restaurant before. Every time I tried to order something, the cashier would rudely ask if that was all, even though I was still ordering for my friend as well. The whole interaction felt unpleasant and made me feel like she wanted me to leave. I was also disappointed that she didn't ask if I wanted sauce for my chicken tenders. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I am considering speaking to a manager about the way I was treated. I hope you remember me, as I am the Chinese guy who came with my Indian friend. We simply ordered our food and served ourselves, as if we had inconvenienced you. It's not my fault you work in a fast food restaurant.
The food was decent, but it was slightly below the usual quality of Popeyes. However, my main concern was the service. My delivery driver did a great job and got my food to me relatively quickly, about 40 minutes after I placed the order. Even with the extended preparation time, they still forgot my biscuit and drink, leaving me feeling shortchanged by nearly $5. While it's not a huge amount, when I order food, I expect to receive everything I paid for, not just three-quarters of it.
I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for the first time and was very disappointed with my order, as it was significantly undercooked. It's surprising that this would happen, especially since I placed my order well before closing time. I don't understand how anyone would think it's acceptable to serve food like that. I would have preferred to have my order canceled. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again.

Update: i have received a refund for the order. Now I can enjoy Popeyes again without feeling like I was taken. Took more effort than it should have. But they did help me.They never delivered my order and customer support is non-existent. Don't use their app. Doordash can't refund orders from Popeyes when there is a problem.
Decent Popeyes location. Parking lot is a bit tight but service was fast. Food was okay, I've had better/fresher chicken at other locations. Food was not hot/warm but didn't taste bad. It's a standard size restaurant and it had a few diners fill in. Nicely lit and clean.
Please provide staff training so that customers are acknowledged when they walk in and are greeted properly. Managers should ensure that all supplies are stocked, especially fries. Running out of fries should not be an acceptable excuse in the food industry.
It appears that the restaurant is hiring young employees who are more interested in being on their phones than in properly bagging food. There were no napkins provided and I had to ask for the condiments that were included in my mobile order.

I have been coming to this restaurant with my family for a long time. However, during our last visit, we witnessed a staff member dropping a piece of chicken on the floor and still serving it to a customer, which was completely unacceptable.
Food is typical of popeyes, but they don't give out water cups!!! I guess I have to buy a soda if I want water. This is why the communists are winning.
