The employee taking my order struggled with English, which made the entire experience frustrating. She clearly misunderstood my order and got it completely wrong. Against my better judgment, I stopped on my way home from the hospital last night, short on time to prepare dinner. I should have gone to KFC, but there was a long line (which usually means it's good), so I decided to try this place since there was only one person ahead of me. For $55, I ended up with 4 wings, 4 legs, and 2 breasts—maybe they were thighs, but honestly, I couldn’t tell. The wings had virtually no meat on them, which meant one person's meal was basically non-existent. I also ordered a large beans and rice with mashed potatoes, and I'm not sure how many people they think that large portion is supposed to feed, but it definitely didn’t satisfy 4 adults. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the chicken was dry. The only redeeming qualities were the bread and pickles. The employees didn't acknowledge my presence when I walked in, despite a few of them looking my way. I was left standing there trying to figure out who would assist me. The older woman seemed to have a rather unfriendly attitude.
As a delivery driver, I recently picked up a customer's order that included a combo meal and drinks. However, the waiter intentionally withheld the drinks. I had to double-check the order to ensure everything was included, which was quite frustrating. As a result, I felt compelled to leave a negative review.

Consistently outstanding experience. The tall woman who served me was wonderful and very friendly. I’m concerned that she and the rest of your staff might not be earning a living wage. Please improve this situation.
Server (Maria) appeared to be overwhelmed working both the drive thru as well as the counter!! But with highly skilled servers like Maria, she handily kept an even keel provided superior service regardless!!

Love the red beans and rice with hot sauce. The drive thru seems to have gotten better as far as time goes.
They take a long time to attend to me and an even longer time to prepare the food.
