"absolutely absurd that I or online and have to wait in the drive thru, which is a mile long. hours show that go into is open, but the workers lock the door and make them wait. I will never come back to these badly led popeyes. next I just drive to kfc, I can get in and out in 2 minutes. I never had to wait any longer. they ignore you at the door."

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Popeyes restaurant. The staff was so friendly and courteous to the customers. The physical restaurant was clean and inviting. There were no rude staff members looking at you crazily, rolling their eyes, and cussing you out because you want to order and they don’t want to work. No disrespectful teenagers playing over the food. No marijuana smells in the restaurant coming from the staff. They really embraced customer service which is becoming a thing of the past at most establishments. I actually sat down and enjoyed my food. I will make this my new spot. It’s a little farther away from my home but it is worth it. They were all excellent. If I could give more stars I would.

Chicken seems less seasoned that other Popeyes that I've had. I always have to ask for a Cajun Sparkle packet. On my last visit, the lobby was closed in the middle of the afternoon causing the line to be around the building and blocking the parking lot! Maybe they were short staffed. Maybe management is hard to work with. Took over 20 minutes to get an app order. Then, I had to remind him it came with a drink. He went to a basket of receipts to double check (although my order was printed right on receipt attached to my bag) I was not pleased.

Ordered a family meal through the drive thru. Wings were clearly rancid. Tasted and smelled bad. Tried to notify them by phone but got no answer. Drove back and told the manager who clearly did not care. Was offered replacement pieces, however I just wanted reassurance they would check what was on the shelf to prevent somebody else. She made it clear she did not believe me and refused to check the chicken I brought back. Attempted to notify corporate thru the website and received no response.

Just spent over $80.00 here and the chicken you can tell has been sitting there all day. It's old and dry. The biscuits were hockey pucks and burnt. The only thing half good was the red beans and rice, mashed potatoes. Come on Popeyes you can do better than this. Bad enough that your large sides are the size of everyone else's small. But to get old food is unexceptable. Your prices have always been over the limit especially for your sides.
