I ordered the two-piece chicken combo through the drive-thru (with biscuit and fries included). They only had spicy chicken. When I arrived to the drive thru window, I asked for strawberry jelly to go with my biscuit. They were out of strawberry jelly, so I accepted grape jelly. Something told me to check my bag. I noticed I had two combo boxes and a paper bag. I noticed three chicken breasts and fries. Too much chicken I knew I wouldn?t eat. Also, No biscuit in the box. I asked the cashier about my order. She stated the biscuits ran out. I was upset I was offered jelly with no biscuit and paid for a meal I didn?t receive the proper food items for. I was so disappointed with the food and service tonight.
My goodness. The crew acted a fool were cussing up a storm like there's no tomorrow. I'm old as H.E. double hockey sticks and even I was shocked. Obviously Popeyes is the best chicken ever, but c'mon. The out-of-control cussing and buck-wild behavior was over-the-top. I would not lie, baby. Kids were eating here listening to some A-level language, if you get me... Shout out to the chicken, though, as always. Popeyes, much love.
This was my first time into this location. Overall my experience was mediocre. I ordered a 3 piece combo meal, using a coupon. Food was fresh and tasty. The Staff did seem to be lacking customer service. I just didn't see anyone smiling and the tones of voices were shallow and unwelcoming. I still have a few coupons to use so I will be back to see off it was just a low energy day.
Trash service. I sat in line for an hour. Just to order my food and pay then be told the only side they have is fries. And they don?t have any sauce left for the 3 meals that I ordered. The workers decided it was more important to have conversation about there personal life than to services the cars in the drive through.
