Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru where I told them the response I got was “inside”. I repeated it was just a mobile order picked up. “Inside”. I then asked are you telling me I have to come inside to pick up?!? “Inside”. Ok now I’m aggravated but fine. I go inside multiple people waiting frustrated aggravated so I wait and tell them mobile AGAIN which I placed over thirty mins prior and they start to make it now. Ok fine. No mild breast or wings. Ok fine. I’m frustrated just give me whatever. I then had to wait what seemed like another thirty mins for a small fry. Ok fine. I get home open it up. The spicy chicken I got instead of mild was burnt and tasted like old burnt chicken grease which made me instantly nauseous. Then my 14 tenders was more like 7 depending on what you call a tender and what you call crust. The food was just as bad as the service. And my kids couldn’t eat any of the food because the mild tasted spicy. I’m officially done with Popeyes I can’t remember a time the food or the service was good.

that is the worst place to get food. they are as slow as the hell and never have enough personal and the personal they do move slowly as melasse. bring me my rice into a chicken bag. smh gott, I hate to go there, but my child loves her eating soouo now I will go to the shopping center

Complete bull sat in the drive thru took 30 minutes to get through 4 cars absolutely terrible could hear staff goofing off inside. Walked away while card was inside which they are NOT suppose to do. Had to repeat our order 5 times only got 4 items. No food is worth this.

wow. service was pretty bad and incredibly slow. 3 people complained about wrong orders. a man was rushed in the bad service he had received, he created a small scene, called out the personal because it was rude and tbh, he was 100% correct.

eating was really good, but recommend to eat the cookies with a drink because I was torn up and almost died from dryness, but it was quite good and a very reasonable price
