Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

So I drove from nichols, ny to this place with a friend, pretty decent ride. we come there, had our eyes put on some offers from the app, we went in to order. they had barely chickens on their dishes. it is 9:45 clock at this time (they have closed at midnight, per their app) they told us that there will not be any more bun (we wanted to write out) because the cleaner cleaned the kitchen and they did not want it to be harassed by laying more chicken teeth because it was the only cook. do they refuse to make more offers 2 hours before the closing because their only kitchen person cleaning? this place is ridiculous. I suggest going somewhere else.

this place has more turnover than jameis winston. the personal is constantly rude, unleugbarable and lacking professionalism. oh, and they seem never have chicken and when they do, better check the bag because there is a 90% cut of them get it wrong. during the pandemic we understood the state of inventrence, but as soon as other chicken places have consistently food, there was no longer talk, but also in 2022, they still have problems that believe me that there was no effect. I went to the company several times with e-mails/calls. they get only 2 stars because the spicy chicken sandwich is the actual business (if they have it.)

christy the manager was great for me when I load the one after a bad experience, while the order by the drive thru called. christy-demean often exceeded our expectations by replacing the order and then some. she wants the best experience for her customers and it has really shown! as long as christy is the manager, they will still have my business!

the staff was rude. I have always loved this business, but binghamton has to get it together because they do not definitiw. menschen behind us (family of 5) have left everything we expected on our eating. it took some time to get our order and 1/2 of it was cold! food: 3/5

Not good. Bun falling apart and soggy when I got the sandwich. I ordered a large mac and cheese, but it came in two small containers that weren’t even half full : so basically i paid 6.99 for 1 small. everything was lukewarm and i ate right away in the restaurant.
