The location always seems to have issues. Whether they're out of something or unwilling to take orders, it’s a recurring theme. Yesterday around 5:30 PM, I stopped by to order a chicken sandwich for my daughter. The woman at the counter informed me it would take about 10 minutes, which was fine with me. However, she kept asking if I was sure about waiting. I replied that I was fine with it. Then she mentioned that it might take longer than 10 minutes because they had to thaw the chicken. Surprisingly, she insisted that I would need to wait while it thawed and asked again if I was sure I wanted to wait. I felt like I had to beg her to take my order. Frustrated, I ultimately decided to leave....
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a Dr. Pepper at 12:30, and I was told to park in a designated spot. I finally received my food at 1:00, but my drink was missing. While the sandwich was hot, the fries were cold, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my drink. I even tried to go inside to get it, but all the doors were locked. If you don't have enough staff to run a fast food restaurant efficiently, you should either close the drive-thru or ask customers to come inside. It was frustrating to wait 30 minutes or more in the parking lot, only to have my order messed up. I didn't eat the fries because they were unappetizing, and I also didn't receive the ketchup or blackened...
I waited in line for 20 minutes with just one car ahead of me. When I finally reached the counter to place my order, they told me they were out of drinks. Once I got home and tried the food, I was left disappointed: the mac and cheese was watery and lacked flavor, the mashed potatoes were dry and bland, and the chicken was so overcooked that it was overly crunchy. I ended up discarding the sides and only eating the meat after peeling off the crust. I had stopped going to Popeyes because I noticed a decline in food quality, and I thought I’d give them another chance, but this experience only reinforced my reasons for not returning. The only highlight was the biscuit.
I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. No matter how many times you try to call, they sometimes have their phones switched off. I placed an order for a Big Sandwich Bundle Family Meal for Al on 11/10/22 at 6:41 PM through DoorDash, and they sent me the wrong items entirely. I have two children, so I really expected them to replace it. However, they outright refused, claiming there was nothing they could do. They didn't want to speak with the driver or with DoorDash support either.

I placed an order but had to correct it at the drive-thru because one item was missing. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. After waiting for 10 minutes, I finally had to go inside. What did I see? The employees were just hanging out while I had been waiting for my order. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this restaurant, but it will definitely be my last. I recommend going to a different Popeyes and avoiding this one.
I do not recommend dining at this Popeyes location. On several occasions, their phones have been turned off, making them unreachable. I placed an order on November 10, 2022, at 6:41 PM for a large sandwich bundle family meal through DoorDash, but they delivered the wrong order. As a parent of two, I hoped for a replacement, but they refused, saying they couldn’t help. They also declined to contact DoorDash support to resolve the problem.
I had a great experience with the 4-piece combo; it was delicious and reasonably priced. However, I was let down when my order didn't include the Coke I requested as a substitute for the unavailable sweet tea. I expected better communication from both the restaurant and the delivery driver regarding this simple swap for my two combos and drinks.
The soda machine is constantly out of order, or at least that's what they claim. The chicken and shrimp are consistently overcooked, and the biscuits are as hard as rocks. They often cancel online orders whenever they feel like it. This location really needs to be shut down—it's the worst Popeyes I've ever experienced.

I received burnt 24-piece nuggets and once again, some items were missing, including the strawberry cheesecake cup. Additionally, my order for the limited-time classic flounder fish sandwich with tartar sauce was incorrect. I've learned my lesson and won't be ordering from this location again.
