All I can say is trust the reviews! I 've lived in the area almost 5 years and this location is subpar at best. I don 't trust to go through drive thru ever because your order will not be correct. As with most restaurants, some staff are nice and attentivewhile others are not. This visit started by someone coming in behind me complaining about an order she had to return afterdriving home from the drive thru. She looked at me and I asked, Did you check the reviews before you came? Of course shedidn 't and I felt really bad for her. When I placed my order they only had a few pieces of chicken ready to serve, I couldtotally see the cook in the back cooking another batch but when I asked how long ot would take, he acted as if he couldn 't hearand yelled out 25 minutes. When I replied, I can wait, he then tells his co worker that it will only be a couple minutes tillready. I 've been rooting for this location since moving to the area and have seen management teams change over and over but tobe honest, I just think it 's time to give up. Good thing there are way more options in the area now to choose from.
Restaurant #12100 Came there on Thursday 09/22/2022 Drive thru- order 20. Customer service was horrible( tall light skinned African American young man) in drive thru was rude. Look like he didn?t want to be there. Ordered 11 piece chicken( chickenpieces was so small looks like the chicken was a baby. Only one breast. Hispanic young man brought the chicken upfront laughing.This was a very representation of a business that represents excellent customer service and care about the food that they serve.Horrible, horrible first time. Just moved over here, but I would rather drive to a restaurant much further for better qualityfood and service. God bless the owner. With these people working for you, you want be open long. Went through drive through. Asked for 4 mild legs, and a 5 piece mild tenders. Got to window and was told that they did not have legs. Now this is 5:20 in the evening at dinner time. She then says it will be 9 minutes for the legs to come up. I tellthem that I?ll wait and pull up to the front of the building. After 30 minutes, the manager comes out and says it will beanother 5 minutes on the tenders. I then go inside and get my money back. The manager just looked at me with this lost look. 30 minutes waiting on a few pieces of chicken is uncalled for, especially when they were not busy when I pulled up in lineinitially. Terrible management. I will never go back to that location again.
Don't bother ordering ahead as it won't be ready when you get there. Chicken is good but know what the experience will be and be prepared to wait. May be easier to just walk in and order I guess but when I arrived there were at least 3 orders ahead of methat were mobile orders.
