I can only say that I can trust the reviews! I have lived in the opposite for almost 5 years and this situation is at best subpar. I do not trust to go through the running gear thru because their order will not be correct. as with most restaurants, some employees are nice and attentive while others are not. this visit began by someone who came after me and complained about a command that she had to return after driving from the drive to the house. she looked at me and asked me, did you check the reviews before you came? Of course she didn't do it and I felt really bad for her. when I placed my order, they had only a few pieces of chicken ready to serve, I could see the cook in the back boil...
Went through drive through. Asked for 4 mild legs, and a 5 piece mild tenders. Got to window and was told that they did not have legs. Now this is 5:20 in the evening at dinner time. She then says it will be 9 minutes for the legs to come up. I tell them that I?ll wait and pull up to the front of the building. After 30 minutes, the manager comes out and says it will be another 5 minutes on the tenders. I then go inside and get my money back. The manager just looked at me with this lost look. 30 minutes waiting on a few pieces of chicken is uncalled for, especially when they were not busy when I pulled up in line initially. Terrible management. I will never go back to that location again.
