To avoid long waits, it's best to arrive early and not during peak lunch hours. I also suggest placing an online order and picking it up inside the restaurant. Our order was well-packaged, and the staff was quick and efficient. We got a chicken sandwich combo with fries, mashed potatoes, and the new chicken nuggets, along with a sweet tea. Out of all the fast food chicken places Popeyes is one of the best. Popeyes is usually busy with the drive-thru line spilling into 183rd Street. The goal is to get there early and not during actual lunch time to avoid the waiting. I also recommend ordering online and picking up in the restaurant. The bag was packed perfectly and the staff was efficient. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo with fries, mashed potatoes and the new chicken nuggets plus a sweet tea. The sweet tea is great I mixed with lemonade to create an Arnold Palmer. The chicken sandwich is still top notch. The chicken nuggets are bland basically cut chicken tenders but it's the dipping sauce that enhance the flavor.

I recently dined here for dinner and I must say, the meal was quite enjoyable. The food deserves a solid rating of 4 out of 5. The highlight was undoubtedly the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, which was delicious, paired perfectly with their Cajun Fries. However, the service left much to be desired, earning a disappointing 1 out of 5. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which really affected the overall experience. As for the atmosphere, I would rate it a 3 out of 5; it was decent but nothing special. Overall, if you’re looking for great food at an affordable price, this place is worth a visit, but be prepared for subpar service.

So I seen so many comercial about Popeyes that I finally decided to try it. I went to the Miami lakes location which was the closest to my home. When I arrived the line was crazy and all the way down the street. Wait was about 45 minutes . Finally at the windows the service was fast and for my food in no time. I loved my pop corn shrimp and tenders. Also the spicy chicken sandwich. Biscuits were tasty and soft . We didn?t get any sauces or utensils ?. I had seen so many commercials for Popeyes that I finally decided to give it a try. I visited the Miami Lakes location that was closest to my house. When I arrived, the line was long and stretched all the way down the road. The wait was about 45 minutes. Once I got to the window, the service was quick and I received my food in no time. I really enjoyed the popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders, as well as the spicy chicken sandwich. The biscuits were delicious and very soft. However, we didn't receive any sauces or utensils.

For the price, I expected much better food, service, and ambiance. Unfortunately, the meal I received was lacking in flavor and presentation. The service was slow and inattentive, which only added to the frustration. The atmosphere felt uninviting and cramped, making it difficult to enjoy the evening. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

This particular Popeyes location has some room for improvement. As a customer, I noticed that both the staff and management need to focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. The employees at the reception seemed disengaged and lacked enthusiasm, which doesn’t make for a positive experience. It would be beneficial for management to provide some retraining to ensure that all staff greet customers with a smile and a friendly demeanor. Thank you!

I loved the customer service today there was a nice lady in the front called faith that seemed to be with herself, but did an amazing job. I told them she needed help, but she did. She took my order and was the most beautiful person I've ever met. She even paid for my meal it was $6.92 and I was short 92 cents, but she paid for the whole thing I loved her nice customer service not losing her. Reserva una mesa ahora

Today, there was a woman taking orders who was incredibly friendly. The customer service was excellent. I wish all restaurants could be as attentive as this one!

The food was fresh and served hot. I'm not a fan of the layout, though. The drive-thru line backs up quickly onto the road since the location is quite small.
