Came to eat here with my family, the girl who took our order (small girl with brown messy hair, a piercings on her lip, tattoos on her arm and a heart tattoo on her face through her eye, I think, and glasses unfortunately don't get her name) was not attention to all. She continued to screw my mom's order twice to get the manager involved, which fortunately he was a great help, but he left this uncompetent employee slide. She refused to give us our sauce free of charge, which should come with our tenders and has accused us anyway. Then she messed up all our order. Didn't have any experience at this Popeyes site that wasn't bad. Last time, over 20 minutes had to wait for food while there were no other cars driving thru. The worker forgot to return my card and left. I tried to fly her down, but was ignored for another 15 minutes before they came back, and I asked for my card back and my sauce that they never gave, but was part of the original order. They wanted to return my card until I mentioned the sauce and suddenly mentioned that the card did not go through and cost this sauce extra before she took up my card. The sauce was already part of the original order! After running my card again, they gave it back, but gave no reception.

Bad experience from the time I drove up to drive thru, after waiting for 5 minutes I had to pull to window and place my order there, I order 2 3-pc dinner with all legs only, I repeat that twice and when I got my order I ask again, chicken legs only? He replied yes. I got home and when open bag there were 2 legs and thigh on both orders, to top it off the chicken tasted like if it was re-fry. It was not golden brown it was brown brown , not going back to this location.

The biggest demolition. I ordered a two-piece combo and that's all they gave me. It was always up there and there were only two other cars in the line.

The popcorn shrimps were absolutely pitiful for $12. Should be ashamed.
