Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Takes for ever, out of soda last night. Always forgets the sauces. Half the time I don't get my biscuit. Waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Employees are not friendly and seems like you are an inconvenience to their day. Haven't had my order right the last 3 times and last night was the last time I will go there.

Popeyes chicken is great. Love the spicy, love the redbeans/ rice as a different side, but the customer experience is just weak. The Chinese thing is no longer an acceptable excuse for slow, uncaring, undertrained staff. I travel the roads and see LOTS of fast food. Just rediculous

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was told it would be about 3 minutes on them (which make them order fresh), that was no problem at all. I'm not waiting especially when I said in advance. Everything was fresh and right.

Food was great. Would have been 5 stars, but the employees were more concerned with socializing than serving. My husband stood at the counter for 5 minutes yo pick up our order before anyone even acknowledged him.

Best Popeyes I've been to customer service before. Everyone is so wonderful every time I was greeted with a smile, and the food orders are always correct. I look forward to every visit!
