For the amount of time I wanted for my food there is no reason the chicken for my sandwich should have been microwaved and the cashier looked me dead in the eyes as I was watching her do it... Paid for an extra biscuit to only get one on a platter combo.... could only get macncheese or fries as side ot sure why.... and to see a cook sitting in the dinning room talking with friends when he is working is just bad looks when there is a others waiting for service them getting the wrong items because he was to focused on his friends in the dining room was just terrible.... hope I don't get sick from microwaved chicken
I bought 4 chicken sandwiches from this restaurant about 30 minutes ago. The service was fine. However, as I was about to take my last bite, I found a piece of what appeared to be mouse or rat droppings in my sandwich. I am feeling disgusted right now. I took some close-up pictures and I am pretty sure it is mouse droppings. Even though I will never eat at this restaurant again, I would like the management or corporate to get in touch with me.
The place was filthy, and you can see that the bins were full with flies around it.The floor was also dirty and oily.There was a young lady working there just talking for all the period I was there with her friend/boyfriend, who was blocking the way the soda machine, while two of her cowerkers were actually working.
Ordered chicken tenders through Uber and got super dry, tasteless chicken. They messed up the entire order. No coleslaw. Got apple juice instead of chocolate milk. And missing so many condiments. Worst experience ever.

I have visited this restaurant a few times and I believe it deserves a 5-star rating! The food is incredibly delicious, the service is exceptional, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place!
Gave fries in paper bags although they had the other containers. It was messy. Didn't feel like eating after that. The lady at the night shift was rude and unprofessional.
The restaurant offers small portions of chicken and sides, but the employees are not friendly and the side dishes are often out of stock.
Aby was very attentive and helped me while making my order. This location has excellent food, and dine in experience. Would reccomend.
