Good food and good service but while eating, a bird flew into the restaurant. My partner and I were the only people trying to help this poor scared little bird get out. The employees (2 of which were making out in the order) noticed the bird but continued service. They only cared when the bird went into the kitchen but the moment the bird left the kitchen, it was up to my partner and I to continue trying. Only after around 15 or 20 minutes of running around the restaurant like crazy people trying to corner this bird or guide it outside, did ONE SINGULAR EMPLOYEE try to get the bird out. This is a restaurant and they did not care about a wild bird, carrying god knows what diseases, flying aro...
I chose to visit this restaurant since it had been a while since my last trip. However, the drive-thru service was slow, even with just three cars ahead of me. The food was decent. I ordered a chicken special through the app, but it seemed like the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. On the plus side, the fries and biscuits were quite good. Overall, they did manage to get my order right, but I don't plan on returning. Royal Farms chicken is definitely better.
The woman at the drive-thru window didn’t say a word to me. She just extended her hand for payment, handed me my food, and that was the end of it. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I understand that you might be having a rough day, but I haven’t done anything to merit this treatment. I always strive to be pleasant, polite, and respectful when interacting with those in the service industry and I expect the same courtesy in return.
Every time I come here at this specific location, they always get my order wrong. I specifically asked the person to give me dark meat and mild but when I get to my house, it's always the other way around. I attempted to speak to Misael(the manager) but he himself is so rude to deal with. Never again I will deal with this people.

This lady that’s in the drive-thru is probably having a bad day…she’s just rude!!! Of course we would never come back to this place again. So people..Just look for another Popeyes but absolutely not this place.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and an order of biscuits but I only had the sandwich combo delivered. They completely left out my biscuit and I had to pay for it. Meal was OK and I was left irritated.
I just picked up a family pack to celebrate a graduation, and I have to say, the chicken was definitely old and extremely dry. The fries were also dry and hard. I’m very disappointed! Food rating: 1/5.
The food sucked and was missing items I paid for and no utensils was placed inside bag. Wanted Popeyes so bad and it let me down. Won't be back.Food: 2/5
