The manager Habib had no customer service skills at all! I completed the survey and received a code for a free 2 piece w/biscuit. I presented my receipt with the code that was given to me online after completing thr survey. Habib told me that Icouldn't use the code and I had to do the survey over again. When asked him why he told me that the code didn't work and wasn'tvalid. I logged into the site in front of him and enter my receipt information and immediately the site diplayed a message thatonly one receipt per gousehold could be used . For those who adore hot buttered biscuits, popcorn shrimp, and fried chicken but don't reside in Louisiana, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Beltsville offers a comparable experience. In the spirit of Farmer Hoggett's proud acknowledgment in the classic film Babe, I’d say, “That’ll do, Pig!” when it comes to their menu.
Who can resist Popeyes? Their bright orange and white branding instantly draws you in. That's why I decided to stop by for the deal mentioned on the back of my receipt. By sharing my feedback, I received two pieces of chicken and a biscuit, with the purchase of a large drink. The chicken was cooked to perfection and served fresh out of the fryer. The service was outstanding, and the waiting area was spotless. This is why I will keep coming back to this location—superior food, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service.
I come at this restaurant every other weekend, and today was my first time i tried the flounder fish sandwich spicy. And honestly i ate it because i was hungry , but is WAY TOO SALTY. Spicy is good , but i don’t know if the sauce is salty or the fish has salt in it ?But i stay with the chicken better , always served hot and fresh. Restaurant is clean , service is great and fast. And because of that way too salty fish they don’t get my 5 stars.

We ordered and took it home to eat. They provided the wrong order, did not give our dipping sauce, had French fries that were refried (very greasy, many burnt to a shell, and hard). Very disappointed and unhappy with services and food
The staff was competent but the food was slightly greasier than it should have been and the portions were smaller than other Popeyes.
