I have been eating Popeye's Chicken for more than 40 years and up to today it has been my favorite treat for a drive-thru meal. I grew up in Long Beach California and would pickup a 2pc meal every year for my father until he passed away in 2015. Throughthe years we would sparingly eat Popeyes, one to three times yearly. Fried chicken isn't healthy so we considered it a special treat and it always left us wanting more. A few days ago our 14 year old son came to us saying he wanted a Popeyeschicken sandwich so we made a deal that we would pick up Popeyes the following weekend and today was the day. We drove throughand I ordered 3 classic thighs, my wife ordered 2 classic breast with Mac n Chee...
I loved the food as always. Went to this store thinking it would be more convenient. Didn 't have cash so I was disappointed by the cash only sign in the drive thru cause I drove way out of my way for the convenience of the drive thru (since the one by my house is pick up only). Had to go in to get the food and one of the employees was on break while two employees basically were handling the drive thru and the front end. As I was leaving looked like the manager and an employee were outside talking by their car when I snapped the picture of the sign seemed to be upset I was doing that. Not sure why but seemed odd
Drive thru ordered went wrong.Ordered 5 pcs chic combo that comes with 2 sides and 2 biscuits, asked for no wing which they understood, ordered an extra biscuit. Came home with all order wrong, they put wing in my combo by replacing other chic (opposite of what I asked) they missed biscuits and no receipt but they charged my card for $15.06 and the wing not even hot or warm, it was cold to the touch.Tried calling the restaurant with no one answering. Tried using their app as well but no use.
The food is good, it's going to taste like any other Popeye's you go to. However I seem to always have something wrong with my order. This time they had no apple juice for the kids meal and they gave me bone in chicken versus tenders that were ordered. And they gave me plain tenders instead of the spicy that was ordered.Just need to step it up on completing the order correctly.

They didn't have Napkins in the dispenser. They didn't have honey packets or butter for the biscuits. The fries were on the soggy side. We also were only given 2 forks, so we had to keep getting up to ask for more items. And giving 6 sauces for a 20-piece family meal is not enough. I've visited a better Popeyes besides this location. They didn't need to step it up.
Get used to disappointment. They typically run out of menu items. Twice in as many weeks I went there to find they had no Mac Cheese. And tonight they had no sweet tea and no regular tea either. I don’t drink sodas much, and I went there hoping for sweet tea. Last time I ordered sweet tea, but got home to find they gave me a Coke. Wrong orders are common here.
Extremely disappointing. Chicken was cold and old. Same with the biscuits. Terrible service . We ate in and we went back to the counter because they kept forgetting to give us the sauces we had ordered, the plasticware, the napkins.No more Popeyes for us .
The food is good but cashier needs to be friendlier. It seems like she's forced to work there. The person who ordered after me got his order before me. I understand if my order was complicated but I only bought fried chickens, sandwiches and fries.

Ordered through DoorDash. Dasher picked up and delivered in a timely manner, however the food was room temperature at best. I ate it anyway because I was hungry....hope I don't get food poisoning.Food: 1/5
Trash location literally the employee can't speak into the drive thru speaker and was rude as hell. Decided to take the loss of money because I was done with them.Food: 1/5
