Some of your employees need a training, when person walks in, first thing they look at is a menu's then service, once you get like I am doing you favor then lost the business, too many restaurants and fast food everywhere then you ask yourself way I am here when service is not good, it is like being kicked ou of your house, all that being said, we did not feel welcome there, as I mentioned some of the employees need a training, I guarantee you we never or ever go to that place again, food was good, we drove 15 minutes for poppy chicken, i was upset for driving that far to be treated poorly, even I said are you asking not come here again? One of the employee even said it's up to you if you don't want to come here, I have been in sales for 40 years never told my clients up to you if you don't want to come back, that was wrong, that's how I feel now, sorry and thank you
The food is good, it's going to taste like any other Popeye's you go to. However I seem to always have something wrong with my order. This time they had no apple juice for the kids meal and they gave me bone in chicken versus tenders that were ordered. And they gave me plain tenders instead of the spicy that was ordered.Just need to step it up on completing the order correctly.
They didn't have Napkins in the dispenser. They didn't have honey packets or butter for the biscuits. The fries were on the soggy side. We also were only given 2 forks, so we had to keep getting up to ask for more items. And giving 6 sauces for a 20-piece family meal is not enough. I've visited a better Popeyes besides this location. They didn't need to step it up.
