Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a family meal (12 pcs) with sides from Popeyes on Woodlawn in Guelph. Came home and found that the cole slaw smells SO BAD, tasted it and found that it was entirely rotten! So I called the branch and talked to the branch manager who was SO BAD to me over the phone, and said our Cole slaw isn 't perished, bring it back to the brach but we can 't change it for you!!! So I took it to him back just to show how bad and smelly it is!!! He refused to change, even denied that it was rotten and smelly, he goes, call the headquarter of Popeyes and complain. I threw the Cole slaw in the garage in front of him and told, you can 't sell these rotten things to people, imagine if one of the kids...

Worse location ever..Took over half an hour to order 5 pcs combo.Aug 19 at 2022. At around 11:50I had to come back and rate it again!!!Today is Nov 9, 6:00 pm, four weeks later still no ice machine and they don’t offer alternatives. Fries are stale and cold. we ordered 3 pcs combos, the chicken strips were also cold and so small! It looks like 1pc divided into 3 pcs. The one guy was so rude and so unfriendly! If there’s 0 star I will give..

I just witnessed the lady dipping tenders in batter then proceed to grab chicken for an order with tongs but grabbed it off the tongs with said used glove to put it in the box… and gave that to a customer. Thankfully I watched her do my order but if I get salmonella I know where I got it.

Didn't even get to eat we walked in last night around 7:00pm and the restaurant was full of people sitting waiting for their food. I felt bad for the staff that were clearly overwhelmed. We went to Church's Chicken down the road instead and it was great.

I ordered the popcorn shrimp combo, I 'm extremely shocked that 95% of my shrimp was actually breaded shrimp tails! I was lucky to get 2 or 3 pieces of ACTUAL shrimp! So disappointing. I won 't be ordering from this location again that 's for sure.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are top-notch, and I want to extend my gratitude to Chef Suckdeep for accommodating my request to make the Ghosted wings less spicy. I highly recommend this place.

The chicken pieces were ok; not too greasy. Unfortunately the tenders were most probably fried in the same oil used to fry shrimps. The taste made me feel sick. Purchased on 7/25

We popped in for a quick bite in the late afternoon. The food was great, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of seating options.
