If I could give zero stars I would this place should be shut down waited an hour for food workers are slow and act like they don't wanna work air vents look like they have never been cleaned and there is mold everywhere I'll be posting pictures hope yall see them out of everything next there gunna say we're out of chicken but if u already paid forget it no manager no refund they all look like they on drugs not worth the money I spent

We were amazed! We've tried popeyes a few times and it was horrible. Since they posted new management we decided to try it again. Not only was the young man at drive thru a nice person, but their recent health score was 100. Still scared based on reviews, but oh, what a surprise when we got home. The food was hot, the chicken good sized and the rolls weren't pucks. We will go back I hope it stays this good.

Disgusting conditions. Employees smoking in parking lot then coming in to handle your food without washing hands. Out of food. Out of change. 17 year old supervisor? With a foul mouth. This is your manager? Commerce should investigate and close this business that clearly is doing shady things in their parking lot. Anyone that knows this business knows it is a terribly ran place!

The blackened chicken sandwich here was fantastic. Couldn't like it more! The dropped star is because of the service. The cashier was the sweetest, most professional fast food worker I've seen in a long time. Through the open drive through window I could see and hear some unprofessional behavior interactions between workers. I just want chicken, not a show.

Great service. All the food was fresh and hot. We ordered the fried chicken and red beans and rice and their biscuits. All were great. The only ding was that nearly all of the tables were dirty. During our entire dine in visit no one came out to clean up the dine in area but a couple of employees were constantly leaning against the counter talking.

Drive thru ordered 2-piece all white. I repeated the order to make sure. I got home and opened the box and two pieces of dark, wing and leg. Not worth eating even the fries. Threw it in the trash after a couple of bits. I thought they had new managers, but nothing has changed yet. GET A DECENT STORE MANAGER! I LIKE POPEYES CHICKEN!!

Came here because the losers down the street at bojangles decided to close an hour early for no reason. I came in at 8:15 and was immediately greeted with a welcome. Young kid behind the register gave the friendliest service I've had in 5 yrs anywhere. Got my order with no problem and exceptional service!

I have never what in a place where people treat you like your nothing. i got burned very badly by oil and i told the boss and he acted like he did not care and he kept putting me down about being a cook. never in my life how i have been treated with such disrespect.

They were out of food and not able to refund. Took over 40 minutes to get food. $40, and hour wait, cold food, no refunds, no management, rude service. Go to Culver's next door!

had stopped at the restaurant next door, bad service long wait! walked over to Popeyes and vwry pleased with cleanliness service and food was great!
