I've been craving a quality Popeye's experience for some time now because the one near where I live in Nashville TN has let me down every time, so I stopped going. So while here in VA visiting my sister, I was hoping to have a reminder of why I used to love it so much. And your location did exactly that. I was greeted immediately and with a genuine smile by your employee named Chiemaa. My order was kind of complicated, but she remained patient with me the entire time. I wanted to recognize this location for an amazing service, especially Jose who works there at the register and does such incredible job. He is always very polite, respectful, friendly, does not rush you, always greets you with the smile. He really impressed me and my family with his great and friendly attitude and overall going above and beyond to serve the customers. I hope he gets recognized for an amazing job he is doing! They are very friendly, they speak Spanish, English and if I'm not mistaken, there are employees who speak Chinese and Indian, so it's a place where it will be easy for them to place their order. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disgusting food, very rude and when you ask them for fresh food they give you an attitude. They just want your money that's all. I really wonder how do they end up hiring people like the ones that work there.
