First of all, their posted hours say they’re open until 10 PM, but they often stop cooking chicken around 9:00 PM, and sometimes as early as 8:30 PM when they lock the doors. While the chicken here is still edible, it seems to be prepared in advance and left under heat lamps for too long, resulting in overcooked pieces. The sides tend to be mushy and not the quality I expect. Moreover, I usually prefer ordering through apps or online, but it’s disappointing that we can’t get Ala Carte chicken. More frustrating is that the only way to order some items late is via the app, because they’ll inform you at the drive-thru or counter that those items were stopped early. Drove 12 miles to get what seemed like a good item advertised on TV. When we arrived we asked about the special, 5 pieces of chicken and were they tenders. They said no just the chicken. We they asked, from the menu for 2 orders of the tenders instead. When we got to the window we also asked for an order of fries. We were told to pull up, even though no vehicles were behind us, to wait. We should have checked but the boxes seemed to be the right size. Starting with the fries, on the way home, they were cold and very greasy. When we got home we found 2 orders of just chicken, greasy, slimy and inedible. We will never go to this store again and it sure put a damper on Popeyes in general.

I absolutely love Popeyes! This location really has the flavors down perfectly. I visited two nights in a row because my family enjoyed the food so much. However, I was disappointed with the mac and cheese both times—it was more like just crust and cheese rather than a proper mac and cheese. I was surprised that it was the same both nights, and I can't help but wonder if this is how it's supposed to be served (which I doubt!). I'm definitely planning to return, and when I do, I hope the mac and cheese meets my expectations. If it does, I’ll update my rating to 5 stars where it truly belongs!

The chicken sandwich is delicious—it's crispy, juicy, and the overall flavor is fantastic, especially when paired with the Cajun fries. However, I wasn't a fan of the mashed potato gravy, and the biscuits were a bit dry. I think they would have been much better if I had asked for honey and butter. Reserva una mesa ahora

The mashed potatoes, biscuits, and cinnamon apple pie were absolutely delicious. I also really enjoyed the blackened ranch. However, the 5-piece handcrafted tenders dinner was tough and stringy, which was disappointing since I've heard great things about them. Perhaps it was just an off day?

Order 8pc nuggets and 8pc hush puppies. Got NO hush puppies which was the main reason I went. Wanted to try theirs. Called 4 times when I got home and saw I didn't have hush puppies. The phone rang until it disconnected each time so I decided to post a review!! Very disappointed!

The Classic Blackened Chicken Sandwich was fantastic. The biscuits were consistently delicious as well. However, the mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy were disappointing; the potatoes tasted artificial, and the gravy lacked flavor.

Service is lacking to say the least. The chicken tenders were so dried out you couldn't chew them. They also put my bag of fries in upside down in the big bag so they were just dumped everywhere. Reserva una mesa ahora

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CHICKEN!!!! Made me feel like I was at my grandmas house. I love Popeyes and everything about them that chicken going down my throat was absolutely breath taking

The food was excellent, and my order was prepared just right. I was very satisfied overall. This location is convenient to reach, so I plan to come back again.
