The wait time was long for a fast food establishment. I waited about 25 minutes just to get to the register and there were not even that many people in line to justify the wait time. I have experienced longer lines at other restaurants with faster service. The primary reason I rated this place 1 star is because the staff calling your order number was extremely rude. If the customer did not hear her call the number, she would loudly yell it with an attitude. I noticed that she would say the number quietly as if every customer is standing at the counter. Almost every customer that ordered went to go sit down in the restaurant to wait for their food, so obviously they could not hear her mumble...
Do not bother visiting this restaurant. I have had multiple instances where my drink was incorrect and part of my order was missing. These mistakes have become a regular occurrence. When I tried to contact the restaurant to address the issues, I found out the number on the receipt is for Popeyes in Texas. The customer service is lacking, with some employees being rude to customers and their coworkers. I finally managed to get ahold of someone at the restaurant, but they abruptly hung up the phone. Overall, I would give this restaurant a rating of 1 for food, service, and atmosphere.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff was very rude, which is one thing, but the food was also terrible. The chicken was overcooked and dry, with some pieces being undercooked and pink. I was very disappointed as I wanted to treat my family to a hassle-free dinner. I ended up throwing the food away and felt compelled to write this review. I wish I had taken pictures. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 5. The price per person was $30-50 for dinner.
The employees were really nice and the food (chicken, biscuits, red beans and rice, and coleslaw) was all really good. They are pretty slow when I went and it took a few tries because of long lines so I’ve got to knock a star off. I’ll gladly give them more chances because the food was good when I could get it. I am disappointed to say that the negative reviews were accurate. I waited in line for 10 minutes, but they only served one person in that time, so I decided to leave. There were 5 staff members working, but the wait time was still excessive. No one can afford to spend 30+ minutes of their lunch break waiting for fast food. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 1 out of 5.
To start, the mobile app ordering system is completely dysfunctional. Additionally, the way they toss the food in the bag is haphazard and disorganized. It seems like the company is run by children. Lastly, the elderly women who work there always seem to have a negative attitude towards customers. This needs to be addressed and improved. Overall, the service is subpar.
