The chicken was terrible. It was dry, hard no flavor. It's not very many times where I've gotten dark meat that was dry normally its the white meat. They literally gave me a squirt of gravy. Very disappointing especially considering that that'swhat I went for. Never again will I eat their chicken. I'll just stick with their chicken sandwiches which I know are good. Alsotheir drive-thru design is horrible. You need super long arms to get your food. Maybe they're better at a different location butthis one is definitely not it!
So me and my husband tried ordering online for pickup costing just about 60 bucks which went thru right away then we waited 2 hours to get a notification saying our order was ready which we never got so my husband went down there and asked where our food was and they said our order never went thru. Which on my bank account clearly shows it did. So my husband asks how is he going to get his money back and all they said was call corporate. What kind of place is this? This was our first and last time going ever!
It was around 2:30 PM on a weekday when I decided to get some Popeyes. I went through the drive-thru and ordered wings, only to find out they were out of them. I then asked for nuggets, but they were out of those as well. In the end, I settled for tenders. I really couldn’t understand how a Popeyes could run out of wings during the midday rush. I wasn’t satisfied at all with the tenders because I had my heart set on wings. While the tenders tasted good, they just weren’t what I wanted.
So I see the commercial on Popeyes Chicken 5 pieces of mild or spicy chicken for $6. Change, So I go and buy the 5 pieces well by the time I arrived home it was just chicken bones It was that GOOD I ate every piece and it was hot like just made!!! And Iwasn't even hungry at that moment!!!! Thumbs Up and great!!! Customer Service Yum now this chk is Finger Licken Gooooood!! ThankYou

Located off Rosecrans, this restaurant is a convenient spot for chicken, but expect a long wait due to heavy drive-thru traffic. It's best to pre-order online or through the app and then pick up your order inside. The area can feel a bit sketchy, but that just means they're serving some fantastic fried chicken!
ultra slow service took 1/2 hour to order and receive order. they were out of Cole slaw and didn't have Cajun rice at 5 pm. This is a reoccurring theme at the Rosecrans store. In a hurry, don't come here. 2 people in line canceled their orders, and online orders weren't ready when drivers came to pick up.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food made me ill for two days, and I suspect I got food poisoning. I believe this establishment should be closed down; it’s truly concerning. I would not recommend dining here.
Closes at 10 and its 9:30 and closed already lights are on saying its open lights inside are on but they just put recorded message on drive thru to come back during normal business hours when it was there normal business
