I am so grateful for the change in management at this restaurant! My family loves Popeyes, but we had been consistently disappointed by this location in the past. The food was always cold, orders were wrong, and the service was terrible. I had even refused to come back here. However, my husband convinced me to give it another chance today, and I am so glad that I did. The new management has completely turned things around! The food was fresh and hot, the order was correct, and the service was exceptional. All of the employees were happy and eager to please. This positive change is a true testament to the leadership at this location, something that is hard to come by in fast food restaurants....
I am puzzled by the negative reviews about customer service at this restaurant. Every time I visit, I experience exceptional service, especially from the manager Dominique or Dominic. He communicates effectively with both his staff and customers. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and served hot. The atmosphere embodies true southern hospitality at its best. Comparing this Popeyes in LaGrange, Georgia to those in Miami, Florida, there is no contest. I am already planning my next visit because I am hungry just thinking about it!
Very rude. Never been to a Popeyes where you couldn't order only dark meat. We dont like the white meat... He wouldnt even substitute for us.. Then the guy even told me us to go somewhere else cause they don't do that here. How rude. We just left and took our money elsewhere.
This has to be the slowest Popeyes in Georgia! The food is decent, but they often give you random sides in your order. I believe the staff could benefit from some retraining. No other Popeyes takes this long; perhaps they should consider hiring more employees.

they can’t do their job. they forgot half the order and they didn’t apologize for it. they gave me a full sugar coke instead of coke zero. i do not recommend it. just a lot of minors there to collect a paycheck and that’s
This restaurant is very disappointing. The service is poor, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. If you enjoy a disheveled atmosphere, this may be the spot for you.
This is sad a whole 14 piece look just like this at the Popeyes in Lagrange ga never will they get my money again they are cutting the chicken in half and selling it to us
Needs to be more organized and I shouldn't had to wait on my food when I ordered it 20 minutes ahead of time.

The service was not great, and they were out of some menu items, but what I did receive was tasty.
I did not receive half of my order and the red beans and rice were sour and unappetizing.
