I never give reviews and if zero was an option I 'd pick that! I will never patronize at this location or any again. We ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries (cold), and 12 peice nuggets (had to ask for them after they gave us a bag). The cashier and staff were super rude. We were in the drive thru and waited almost 45 min before we left. We sat at the order speaker for well over 5 mins. My receipt printed at 4:11 PM, and instead of waiting at the window, the employee instructed me to pull up to the door for my order. While I waited, I noticed that four cars arrived after me and were promptly helped at the window, each receiving multiple bags of food and drinks. Meanwhile, I sat at the door, watching the employees in the dining area chatting and laughing with friends, even hugging them as they left.
Finally, an employee brought my food out, but instead of handing it to me, she tossed the bag through my window and simply said, "here's your stuff," before turning and leaving. I received my food at 4:38 PM—27 minutes after my receipt was printed—for six of their most basic ch...
The Kingston, NY location has consistently disappointing customer service. Every time I've visited, I've found myself waiting far too long for my food. They have overcharged me, forgotten items from my order, and seem reluctant to make more sides, often running out of options. The staff members frequently appear unhappy or frustrated, especially when taking orders at the drive-thru. Their attitude is often disrespectful, despite my efforts to remain patient and courteous. I reached a point where I was so frustrated that I decided to stop returning altogether. While the food itself is good, I would advise others to visit a different location instead.
The Popeyes in Kingston is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever visited. I often hesitate to go there because of their awful service. On one occasion, I tried to order a drink, and the employee was incredibly rude when I inquired about a specific beverage. I ended up with a warm, flat Sprite without ice. Today, I decided to just order nuggets, but because of their inefficiency, I had to wait 10 minutes for a single item. My advice to them would be to get new management and staff. It's truly disappointing.

We waited in line for a long time then when we went to place our order they said they were out of everything and we had to change our order three times then when we finally got to the window they said cash only. There were no signs stating nor did anyone tell us beforehand and the girls were very rude about it to us and other customers. They were all young girls working and they had a nasty attitude. I will never eat at this location in Kingston again. I was treated with such disrespect.
Went in here to pick up a Doordash order and grab a quick bite myself, was not a pleasant experience at all. Not only did I have to wait 15 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready for pickup..but the young man at the counter was obnoxiously loud and kept talking over customers and not listening to them. While waiting I watched him treat several customers in the same manner along with myself. Customer service can really ruin the whole thing
The food is generally acceptable, but they frequently get orders wrong. There's almost always a long wait time, and the dining area is quite uncomfortable. However, they do have touch screen games for kids, though I question whether they’ve ever been cleaned.
POPEYES I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW. I WAITED ALL DAY TO COME HOME TO CHICKEN TENDERS AND THEY GAVE ME REGULAR CHICKEN. I AM ACTUALLY CRYING REAL TEARS RIGHT NOW YOU RUINED MY DAY.

Edit: I also want to mention that during my second visit, I ordered a 3-piece chicken tender meal. What did I receive? One tender and five nuggets. Absolutely pathetic.
