I want to be transparent: each time we've dined at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (which isn't very frequent), we've left feeling disappointed. The staff has often been unhelpful, they've run out of items on the menu, the sweet tea has been unsatisfactory, and our orders have frequently been incomplete. However, today's visit was a refreshing change. A manager named Troy, who came from another location, took our order and brought an incredible positive energy to the service. The food not only looked appealing but also tasted amazing. I'm giving this 5-star rating solely for Troy. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable!
The biscuit I received was too hard and dry. When I inquired with the cashier about softer biscuits, she informed me there were none available. Furthermore, the chicken was not breaded properly, and I was quite disturbed to find a piece of hair in the crust. This highlights the need for proper hygiene practices, including the use of hair nets and gloves in food service. To maintain consistent quality, it's essential to follow standardized recipes, which helps prevent overcooked or undercooked dishes and ensures uniform presentation. On a brighter note, I did enjoy the beans and rice.
Attitude! Attitude! Attitude! Black lady in the front had an attitude whole time we were ordering. And we ordered something else and she grunted and was giving attitude. If you don?t like the job don?t work there horrendous attitude. It was my first timethere and will be my last time there. I worked for many restaurants but that level of attitude was not needed at all . Now i seewhy they have a bad review. And on top of that she gave us little fries not even a hand full. Don?t waste your money hereespecially as a customer if the workers will be giving attitude.
I placed a mobile order through the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen app and, upon arrival, was met with a staff that was incredibly rude. When I got home, I found that the food was stale—the chicken sandwich was completely dried out, and the bread was tough and unappetizing. I contacted the manager, who introduced herself as T, but she was also very rude on the phone. This Popeyes location certainly needs to improve its staff; the entire team could use some extra training.

I never really cared for it. Today I remembered. It's overpriced for what you get. I ordered a 2 piece dinner. It came with a leg thigh, tiny biscuit, 1 side drink. I added another side which costed $2.49 for a total with tax $11.11. The same meal at KFC with all items would have been larger. The sides were less than 2 ozs. They put half sizes in the containers. Straight rip-offs

Check your order before leaving. They did not put all of my ordered items and I had to go back there and complain and get refunded. They didn't even apologize, all I saw was a passive aggressive attitude. The sandwiches were great, they were fresh and cooked perfectly.
