Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

No air conditioning in this popeye's. Visited this popeye's twice in 2 1/2 weeks. Still no air conditioning. Both trips there orders took 20 minutes or longer .both times orders were wrong . No spoon for mashed potatoes. Or napkins .gave me fries iasked for mashed potatoes. Ask for 5 pieces tenders got 3 pieces.by the way they had 7 people working. Still took 20 minutes.Only three other customers in line. I'm done with this popeye's!!!!!

Well for(1) they took 15 min. To take my order an I was 1st in line. (2) they didn't even knowledge that I was there never looked at me 4 employees were working in front just kept doing other things except attending to customers an I. (3)An they hadplenty of workers at least 9 to 10 I guess know one knew how to work cashier (4) One wkr. Had to return from her break to showhow to run cashier thumbs down

If there is a negative stars they will be the best location to earn it, the worst customer service you can get in your life time, the only way you can deal with this location is by leaving your dignity at home before going to get your food fromthere. Clueless employees Manager is even worse Food is terrible

Worst experience ever last night, my order was completely messed up. Ordered a family meal asked for breast to be included in the order, lady taking the order says it will have 3 breast. Get home and zero breast. Never going back again $50.00 lesson????

Drive through person had the nastiest attitude when we pulled up to the intercom. Order 2 extra biscuits didn?t get them order a lrg mash received a regular. Asked for extra dipping sauces they were not it the bag.
