They close at 11. We came at 9:25. Asked for an order of blackened tenders and with no reason provided, they said they aren?t making any. They take 6 minutes to make easy. They just didn?t feel like making it since they were already cleaning smh. They had more than an hour till closing so there?s no excuse as to why they couldn?t make it. This is lazy employees at its finest. Not to mention, we were the ONLY ONES there at the drive thru so it was very slow. We were literally the only customers. This is not the first time this has happened.

SLOWWW drive thru! Ordered white meat and received dark meat! Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes, it 's ridiculous to wait for food and still get the wrong products. The red beans and rice tasted off. Was told the big box and regular box were the same just no drink, it 's cheaper to add drink for 1 dollar. That was a lie, dessert didn 't come with the cheaper box like the bigger has. Stop hiring Low IQ individuals and putting them at drive thru where service should be fast and accurate ALL THE TIME. 10-21-22

Was back in town for a few days and was happy to see the lobby of this popeye's now open. Being hearing impaired makes it difficult for drive-thru's. Extremely friendly staff, clean and order was 100% correct. Post covid its rare to find thiscombination. Thanks again and meal tasted great and spicy!!! Popeye's where I live now are disgusting at every level, so wasgreat visiting this one!
Nearly half of our orders were missing items, so make sure to check your food before you leave. On top of that, they charge extra for sauces. I ordered a $30 meal and was told that more than two sauces would cost 35 cents each—really? The chicken sandwiches are generally tasty, but if possible, choose takeout since the drive-thru is often very slow.
I thought the drive thru was going to be longer, I was just happy the inside was open to go in. I was in the Inside to order and recieved food altogether 30 minutes. I order and asked for Cole slaw with my purchase and didn't receive it. I didn't notice until I got home to eat and said forget it, I'll take the lost of $5.
