The store located at 480 Westport Avenue Norwalk Ct 06851.I started to ask for a family deal and I changed my mind so I ordered a $19.99 11 pcs, tender deal and 4 cookies when I got home I realized I ended paying $53.88 They added an 11 pcs big bundle $26.99 I called and spoke to the manager and he said they will reimburse me for the bundle. Once I came back to the store Mohamed hand me $17 and he said he needs to keep the receipt, I explain to him that I wanted the refund for
The nuggets didn’t meet my expectations given the price I paid; the preparation felt lackluster. The mac and cheese was also disappointing, looking hastily packed into the containers. When I was ordering, I was torn between Chick-fil-A and Popeyes.
I received the wrong order; instead of canceling it because they were sold out, they just gave me something else. This is unacceptable, especially when you spend your hard-earned money and don’t get what you actually ordered.

Great new location (at the former BK) with courteous staff and great flavor and food temp. No long wait. Tried the flounder today. Loved the size and spicy taste.
Food was great, beautifully designed interior and exterior at this New Location. Staff were prompt, friendly and our order was done quickly.
