Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is for the Popeyes located on Rosecrans in Gardena California. I am disgusted with this meal. The chicken is uncooked. Gross!! My son ordered this on 11/30/2021 through Door Dash and this is what he got. I want a full refund and we have been turned off by the food. I am going to contact the corporate headquarters about this. There is no way you should ever served uncooked food.

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and when I reached the window, my order was still not ready. They informed me that they were still working on it. I understand that delays happen, but it would be nice to be informed in advance.

This place moves very slow there doesn't seem to be urgency and I wouldn't consider it fast food because it took a long time. This was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a weekday so nothing like a traffic or rush hour scenario

Bad experience. The doors are closed to order inside and no sign to let you know. Went through drive through and the person taking my order had a bad attitude. Worst customer service ever!

Out of all the Popeyes, this place is unfortunately the worst. Line take forever and the chicken is old, not crispy. I have been here once before and the quality was better.

I ordered two original chicken sandwiches and a large order of fries. Everything was served at room temperature. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Shows that they close at 2200. App allows you to order and pickup before 2200. Placed my order at around 21:50 and arrived 21:55. Store is closed already…. hmmmm Reserva una mesa ahora

This is one of my favorite places to eat. It's conveniently located, clean, and has excellent customer service. Definitely worth a try!
