The food this always hot and fresh. But the service is another issue. It seems like they cater to the drive thru more than walk ins. I waited for 5-7minutes before I was served and that was only because I had to say something. No one acknowledged my presence. No one said someone will be right with you. When I did say something the manager finally popped up. The other 5 workers could have cared less. The manager was friendly enough and was helpful. But you run a risk these days of speaking up in a food service establishments. They could do indecent things to your food. Just because you are a fast food establishment in a minority neighborhood doesn 't mean the people shouldn 't get good servic...

These laws also require those who operate transportation services to allow service animals.

Argued about my service animal, manager named Marcus doesn't know the law. Needs to learn it.He even went as far as to say it's company policy. I contacted Popeyes about this and they said they will educate their employees at this location. Hope they do, because I will be back!
