Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes outdid themselves today. Usually they have horrible customer service and the chicken is downsized but today they were actually super polite and only forgot a few things, which for Popeyes is pretty good. Just walked into the store and they rectified my missing food no problem. The also gave me a good portion of food with my order. Whoever the staff was tonight I applaud them and appreciate the good Popeyes experience.

Horrible additudes from the young ladies at the Starkville Ms location. Happen almost Every visit, worse than any other food chain. at least, that I have witness, they are the worse because it's they are consist! They turn there back on you while attempting to ask questions. Rarely checks the bag for the sauce and if you ask for, it, there’s additive lady said I have no IDEA. That's where we are now!!!

So I was going to cut them some slack until I read the reviews and realized it is common practice at this location to give poor service. My issue is I decided to try the 12 wings. The wings they gave me were old and should not have been served. It’s cool, because I know it only takes a review from the right person to make things happen. Here you go.

Don’t order online. It won’t be ready when you get there, and you’ll have to wait an additional 30 minutes (no matter how far in advance you place the order).I’ve literally never put in an order from this location that went smoothly. They’re always out of something and you always have to wait at least 30 minutes.

The mens room is a bio hazard. Has not been cleaned in weeks. Cashier acted like she wanted to be somewhere else.
