The customer seemed unhappy and constantly needed reminders about menu items from the window because she kept forgetting. The service was not impressive and it was mentioned that the restaurant does not offer the same promotions as the San Antonio location. The food lacked the desired level of spiciness, especially the spicy chicken. Overall, it was an okay experience but not exceptional. Sorry, Victoria, but the other location is superior.

Served at this point and I was very welcomed.. they had quick service the cashiers in the window was brilliant... the managers who worked this morning were fantastic because they were a little irony, and they still managed to take care of all and all eat hot fresh... they try to make all customers. Happy and happy. Great work they do excellent love coming to the store.

I went in for a 2 piece spicy, dark. Was told I couldn't get a 2 piece spicy- they didn't have enough dark meat and it would be used for other orders throughout the evening. I ordered something else instead. It wasn't even fair in quality or taste . ?

Good fried chicken. I ate the spicy chicken sandwich and it lived up to its name. The chicken tenders were excellent. Best fried chicken of the several other vendors available locally. Recommended.Food: 4/5

The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We had to wait a little bit, but our chicken was fresh. The restaurant is child-friendly with a spacious dining room.

Everyone is so nice and always laughing which is good sign of good management. The food was great nice and hot.
