I NEVER get what I ask for. This visit I checked my bag before I left the parking lot and ONLY ONE of the five orders that I asked for was correct .Two of the orders were supposed to be chicken strips meals and I got wings instead. One of the orders was for spicy strips only but got a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I asked for the four meals with NO drinks and was charged for meals with drinks When I WENT BACK AGAIN....HAVING TO WAIT IN LINE AGAIN.,.the young man that took my order said that that was what I wanted....AFTER having repeated my order to him SEVERAL times. Online says they close at 11pm, on their website it says they close at 11pm, even the paper taped to their door says they closed at 11pm, but when I showed up at 9:30pm their door was locked.I have no problem with fast food places closing early, but at least reflect that online so you don’t waste people’s time when they order online, pay, and then have to request a refund because you actually closed almost 2 hours earlier.
The guy at the window in the drive-thru clearly did not understand English. I gave exact coin value and somehow it got coins back and did not get all of my change that I was due but I was only a few cents off so I let it go. I then had to ask for butter several times and somebody else had to figure out that what he was giving me was not butter. But the food tasted great!
When ordering at the Crain location, I have found a long string of black hair in my food. I took it back to the counter, where I was given a replacement. My concern is this shouldn't have happened twice. This indicates that not washing hands and using hair nets isn't a priority. Also feel that it is a health hazard. It changed my choice of eating at Popeyes.

The food and service is good, but their management policies are straight-up dumb. Last time I visited, which was 1 week ago, they added the policy that now you gotta pay for each sauce. Their chicken doesn't come with any sauces, and their tenders come with one. Each sauce after that is 50 cents, which is ridiculous. Won't be going to this location anymore.
This Popeyes needs new management the drive through line is always long food is cold or not correct and the workers always have attitude. Now they make you pay sauces after while they continue to go up on their prices.
Employees are rude, 1 day you can get white meat on the specials they have, the next day you can't. They changed the price on the Tuesday special....Was over charged this day and couldn't get a refund til the next day?
Every time I come here the service is impeccable. The food is always hot and well it's popeyes so it's good
