So good fresh but service is bad first time I been told I can’t get a 12 peice with only thighs and legs first location all the truck stop I never been told that they couldn’t do it. As long as I’m spending my money you could have charged me more but it don’t make since why u would do a 8 peice with thighs and legs and not a 12 just cook it I’ll wait no complait. Customer service is not like it use to be where you can get what u desire for ur money plus the prices are already high. Give me what I desire doesn’t make since. The workers were nice it was the general manager that took my order that way tripping. Interesting I should say be aware. But food is fresh I had to wait for them to cook...
How is this place even open??????????? Please id like to know... they never have anything.... I cannot even rate the food... because they are either closed... or do not have any.I wish I were Joking... But im not 3 trips all 3 times .... no nuggetsno chicken... This place is always out of chicken sandwiches. I live 10 minutes away and have literally called ahead of time and asked if they still had chicken sandwiches and been told yes then driven to the place only to be told they were out of chicken sandwiches 10 minutes later.It 's a joke.
Staff is rude. They are always out of half the menu, even when they don’t close for 7-8 hours. Every time somebody walks through the door, they rattle off a laundry list of things they’re out of. I’ve washed my hands of this one.

Multiple attempts to eat at this location. When they are not closed early or out of food, the quality is horrible. They will sell you old chicken often and not think twice about it. Do not waste your time or money.
Closed at a ridiculous hour. Saw a employee with a orange Popeyes shirt use the urinal and walk out without washing his hands. Great job. This is why we get sick.
Charging for sauce, I asked The employee and she said no sauce with food. You'll have to pay for any sauce. I've been all around the nation and that's a first.
The chicken was about the size of a piece of popcorn, was very dry, and they're skimpy on the Mac and cheese and their potatoes.

$16 for 5 chicken tenders with no side..... that's insane. Just go to the kfc across the street.
I lived in Greeneville Tennessee and there's a Popeyes chicken there. I miss it do much
