The service in the register was very grateful if you don't have enough staff. It was the manager who took my order, she had entered the order when 5 pieces of chicken I immediately noticed and as back into the register and said she would take care of it. There were so many people waiting for orders and people waiting for their orders. With all this mess I didn't check my bag well, I came home and I got chicken meat, no chicken pliers, so I called the restaurant what they don't answer the phone, so I'll put it online now. I have food that I can't eat, alone with the fact that my money is very tight right now and I was hoping to get a few meals from this food I don't even get a meal now
The food was great. I'm not waiting on the car! A total of 50 minutes! Here is a picture of my reception with the time I paid (5:51) and the time I took the picture (6:29). I waited 10 minutes after I took the photo. Not even someone came into the window to tell me what was going on. When the employee finally came with my order, he just said and dismissed, I'm sorry. We waited for the nuggets. Ridiculous!
Even though my meal took longer than expected, like 35 min, shortage of chicken fingers, the two ladies up front did a great job managing the crowd. I know they were understaffed, but all food came out great, hot, savory! The cashier and expo gave my wife and I couple of free desserts and apologized many times. Thanks !
Honestly, today was the most pleasant encounter I had at this point. The manager I didn't catch on his name was super polite about the intercom and the window. This was also one of the faster times I received my order. One thing that is always consistent at this point is, however, food. Visit was 6/27 at 6:30 p.m.
