The process took forever because the sales associate kept asking me what I wanted, even though I had already told her multiple times. Keep in mind, I only had a 30-minute lunch. When I got back to work, the tenders were dry and tough, like they’d been sitting out all day, and the mashed potatoes were hard. I went through the drive-thru and had to wait a long time to place my order. After ordering, I was asked to pull ahead and wait for my food. Meanwhile, 6 to 7 cars came to the window and left with their meals before my order was even brought to my truck. When I finally checked my bag, I realized that some of my food was missing. Once I got home, I discovered that the chicken nuggets I ordered were stale, and the sauce I requested wasn’t included. Overall, I would rate the service as 1 star.
The service was awful last time, and this visit was no better. I had to wait to order even though there were no other customers. The woman at the window hurriedly handed me my food and shut the window before I could put it in my car. I ordered the family meal but only received the old chicken, which had clearly been sitting out all day, along with cold cookies. This was the worst experience I've had here. This place has been declining for a while—don’t waste your money.
This place is a joke. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a family meal, specifically asking for it to be fresh. I didn't mind waiting, but the manager insisted the chicken was just ready. When I got home, the fries were cold and the chicken was only warm, as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. I've called eight times, but no one answers. I definitely don't recommend this location; I expected much more from Pearl.

Have you ever realized how much quicker your food arrives when you order inside? The customer service is notably improved as well, especially when you're greeted with a smile. I was truly impressed by their service on Black Friday!
This was my first time trying the highly talked-about chicken sandwich. While I don't believe it's worth getting into a heated debate over, I still found it to be quite tasty.
I walked in to place an order and saw the employees eating next to the fryer and licking their fingers while handling food. I left right away!
